Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate
Sarah leverages a trauma informed, integrative approach to meet the unique needs of each client. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, and mental health concerns that may accompany ADHD & Autism. She is neurodivergent affirming and strives to create a collaborative, respectful, and validating environment.
Sarah incorporates various therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical and Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to empower clients to live in the moment, regulate emotions, develop coping skills for stress, and improve interpersonal relationships. She is dedicated to providing affirming and respectful care to individuals of all sexual orientations and gender identities.
Sarah earned a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling at Marian University and a Master of Arts in Industrial / Organizational Psychology at Middle Tennessee State University.
